DAIly outfits Terms of Use

DAIly outfits is an app by Apphive, Inc., a Delaware (USA) corporation, 2810 N Church St, PMB 97340, Wilmington, DE 19801. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms.

The service. The app stores your wardrobe, suggests outfits and lets you try them on with artificial intelligence. It is currently free. If we ever charge for anything, we will tell you first and you will not be charged without your acceptance.
Your account. You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Your photos. You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who have consented, and garments you are allowed to photograph. You remain the owner of your photos; you give us permission to process them only to provide the service. We do not publish them or use them for advertising.
AI can make mistakes. Cut-outs, suggestions and the try-on are a guide: actual size, color or fit may differ.
Acceptable use. You may not upload illegal or sexual content or content involving minors, use the app to create images of other people without their consent, or attack or overload the service.
Use through AI agents. You can use DAIly outfits through AI agents or other software (for example, through our MCP server). Anything an agent does with your account or with the authorization you give it counts as done by you: you are responsible for its actions as if they were your own, and it must comply with these terms. You can revoke its access at any time. We may limit or block automated use that harms the service or breaches these terms.
No warranties. The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to USD 100 or what you paid us in the previous 12 months, whichever is greater.
Termination. You can delete your account at any time (You › Delete my account). We may suspend it if you breach these terms.
Governing law. Delaware (USA). If you are a consumer, you keep the rights your local law does not allow you to waive.
Changes. We will notify you in the app of important changes before they apply.
